Test Yantra Software Solutions Limited (TYSS) together with its subsidiary and group companies, is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and to ensure the personal data of the data subjects is protected and safeguarded. The GDPR has recognized multiple rights to the data subjects and we are putting our best to ensure the same are implemented within our products, solutions and the corporate culture at large. As the first step towards this we have updated our Privacy Policy to keep our stakeholders informed about the way we work and store the data. Few other steps we are constantly working upon are Updating our “Terms of Use”, creating timeline of responsibilities, employee and stakeholder training and awareness, developing policies and solutions compliant with the regulations.
